Our brewing philosophy can be distilled down to a few guiding principles.
We view the brewing process as a holistic journey from the finest fields of barley and hops through our brewery, and finally to the perfectly poured pint in your hand.
Rock Bottom beer is produced right here in our onsite brewery. It doesn’t spend any time on trucks, trains, boats or resting in hot, dusty warehouses somewhere on the outskirts of Cincinnati.
Our brewers are always increasing their knowledge across a wide array of disciplines. And we are constantly challenging ourselves to keep up with changing brewing trends and technology. Every one of our brewers works tirelessly to customize each batch in order to perfectly fit the tastes of each locale, as well as meet their own exacting standards. This is their passion, their pride and their life, and it shows in every pint we serve.
