Celebrate American Craft Beer Week at the tapping of our latest brew, a Belgian-style Pale Ale. This crisp, flavorful ale was fermented with Belgian yeast and dry-hopped to create a blend of spice and fruit that will satisfy hop-heads and Belgian beer lovers, alike. Brewery tours will be held from 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Chicago Craft Beer Week is May 17th through 26th. Celebrate with us throughout the week with the following featured beers and events.
• Friday, May 18th – Guest Beers on Tap. We will be featuring two guest beers from the Rock Bottoms in Warrenville and Lombard. Respectively, they are the B3, double-brown ale and Smoked Helles, Bamberger-style Rauchbier. Limited supply, so get them while you can. Special thanks to brewers Jim Wolfer, Brian Balough, and Davin Bartosch for their contributions.
• Saturday, May 19th - 11:00am – CCBW Disc Golf Outing. Grab some brews and chase some discs. Meet at our main bar, for brews, before hopping on the Red Line to the IIT campus disc golf course. More details at http://chibeerweek.com
• Sunday, May 20th 11:00am to 3:00pm – Brewery Open House / Beer & Cheese Pairing. Join brewers Marc Wilson and Chris Rafferty for guided brewery tours and matched beers and cheeses. More details at http://chibeerweek.com
• Monday, May 21st – Dillinger’s Revenge. It’s back! The wildly popular Dillinger’s Demise Russian Imperial Stout will be back on tap for a limited time. Only one keg left of this exceptional beer, so get it while you can.

A UK styled ale, brewed to a lower alcohol content, ~ 4%, this flavorful, lighter-bodied brown ale, with accents of chocolate and caramel, is designed to be enjoyed copiously.
