    Culinary Team Chef

    Leading SPB Hospitality Brands culinary team since October 2020. Tim’s previous work includes Kona Grill as Director of Culinary, spearheading the company’s menu innovation and evolution. Prior to his work at Kona Grill, he served as the Director of Culinary Innovation for Ignite Restaurant Group, working cross functionally on Joe’s Crab Shack and Brick House Tavern & Tap. Tim also served as a founding Board Member of the Global Culinary Innovators Association. After earning his bachelor’s degree in restaurant and hotel management from Texas Tech University, he finished his education at The Culinary Institute of America in 2006. Chef has 20 years of industry experience with multiple brands and platforms. He comes from a strong background in fine dining, catering and hospitality.

    Chef Kaitlyn Venable brings a wealth of experience and innovation to the culinary team. Both have led menu development at multiple concepts. They continue to find new and global flavors to enhance our offerings.
